Online Clinic Blueprint Intensive Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, the Online Clinic Blueprint Intensive is a limited capacity event with venue, catering and operational commitments made in advance.

For that reason, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all ticket purchases.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event

Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

This is because venue, catering and other event costs will have already been committed based on confirmed attendee numbers.

Transferring your ticket

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee up to 48 hours before the event.

Please contact us with the replacement attendee's details so that we can update the booking.

Any replacement attendee must meet the eligibility requirements for the event.

If the event is cancelled

If the Online Clinic Blueprint Intensive is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.

If the event is rescheduled

If the event date is changed, you will be given the option to:

  1. Transfer your booking to the new event date, or
  2. Request a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
